Tuesday Night Lights

You know you're living in America when your daughter has her first cheerleading football game and your evening is spent watching this:

Dawson Middle School has three football teams so the girls cheered for three hours straight, and it was nearly 100F! The girls did really well, lots moves and stunts, and they got the crowd joining in some of their chants, it made for a great atmosphere. I need to learn about American football though, as I had no idea what was happening on the field behind them!
